Alison has always been intrigued about complementary and holistic therapies, and she’s had a keen interest in food, health and nutrition since her teens. Throughout her late teens and into her 20s, she experienced some health challenges, so it seemed natural to turn to nutritional therapy, mainly to improve her own health, which she found very empowering, as she observed that the changes she made to her new lifestyle and eating habits improved her health considerably.
That was when she realised that she wanted to help others improve their health, which inspired her to train as a Nutritional Therapist at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Alongside her Nutritional Therapy qualification, she also holds qualification in colon hydrotherapy, and is a member of BANT, CNHC, RICTAT and ARCH
Nutritional Therapy and Colon hydrotherapy complement each other beautifully. Alison’s clients feel so much better after a colonic treatment, which motivates them into making long lasting changes. She loves sharing her passion on this dual approach to health, and enjoys educating people about the numerous benefits of her therapies so that they can take charge of their health.
